SEX TOYS 101
Join Eudaimonia Sexuality Seminars for a fun and interactive discussion about sex toys!
Sex Toys 101, facilitated by Meagan Lee Filteau, offers information and tools for participants to navigate the world of sex toys with more confidence.
In this workshop, we will:
- Examine common myths about who uses sex toys
- Review sex toy terminology (ie. the difference between a dildo and a vibrator)
- Dive into the many styles of sex toys and types of vibrations
- Discuss the different sex toy materials and lubricant compatibility
- Learn how to determine if a toy is body-safe
- Cover safer-sex toy use
A resource guide with detailed information on sex toy materials, lubricant and condom compatibility, cleaning, and toy storage, accompanies this workshop.
Eudaimonia workshops welcome all genders, orientations, bodies, ages, abilities, and (consensual) relationship dynamics.
Loft 112 is a wheelchair accessible space. Note: there are a few stairs up to the entrance in front of the space, the main building entrance has a ramp. If the main building entrance is needed, let us know and we can come unlock the door.
